To that end, CHUNKY CHICKEN provides a variety of resources and services to help franchisees maximise their potential.
Prior to opening, the franchisee and management personnel attend a three week training programme with CHUNKY CHICKEN. Through a combination of classroom and in-store training, CHUNKY CHICKEN provides franchisees with the knowledge they will need to successfully operate their own CHUNKY CHICKEN Franchise.
When a new CHUNKY CHICKEN is set to open, members of CHUNKY CHICKEN’s franchisee support team travel to the location prior to opening. The support team helps the franchisee manage business activities for the first crucial days that the franchise is open for business. Our franchisee support team is there to assist the franchisee in properly training their staff and to ensure a smooth start-up.
We will hold regular franchisee meetings that will be conducted at Head Office where management and the franchisee discuss operational issues and other factors affecting the business.
One of the main benefits of Franchising is that it is a business partnership between Franchisee and Franchisor. Head Office support will always be readily available. In the early days there will be a very much hands on approach, gradually stepping back and letting you, the Franchisee take complete control as you become more confident, professional and experienced.
